Red Dead Redemption 2 makes it's way to PC November 5th

Excitingly, Rockstar has announced that last year’s massive success, Red Dead Redemption 2, will be making it’s way to PC on November 5th.
The announcement comes along with a thanks to anyone who has already downloaded the newly-launched, and very creatively named, Rockstar Games Launcher.
It also comes with a pretty massive push to get players onto the launcher, which I guess, given the scale of this release, makes sense.

I have little doubt that this will also make it’s way over to the ever-at-war Epic Games Store and Steam also, but Rockstar are reminding players that if they download the Rockstar Launcher before October 8th, they’ll be greeted with a free copy of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. So that’s neat. Might have to do that myself.

The game comes with your typical upgraded visuals for PC, supports Red Dead Online, and generally is exactly what you’d want it to be. Players who pre-purchase through the Rockstar Launcher will also receive a choice of two free games, which is a rather wonderful bonus. Sure, they’re older titles, but Rockstar titles nonetheless.

The games you can pick from include:

  • Grand Theft Auto III

  • Grand Theft Auto: Vice City

  • Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas

  • Bully: Scholarship Edition

  • L.A. Noire: The Complete Edition

  • Max Payne 3: The Complete Edition

Good stuff, good stuff. I think mine, and most people’s PC’s would likely explode at the mere notion of playing this, but for anyone who has a power-house PC at their disposal, what do you think of the announcement? And will you be getting the game come November 5th?
